• Do I have to pay extra for class materials?

Nope! Your class subscription comes with all of the materials you need. This includes worksheets, videos, audio files, flashcards, Pronunciation Coach lessons and group classes.

  • What courses do you offer?

We offer Beginners 1, 2 and 3, Intermediate 1, 2 and 3 and conversational Spanish sessions. Right now, only Beginners 1 is available for purchase through the website; if you are interested in a more advanced class, please contact us at info@thespanishlearningclub.com and we'll enroll you in the best class for you.

  • How do I know which class is right to me?

Great question! You can take the Placement Quiz on our website and we will let you know what class we think is right for you. If you have little or no experience with Spanish, start with "Pronouncing Spanish words" or Beginners 1.

  • What if I miss a class?

We know that life can get busy and you might miss one of your classes. When a student misses class we will send all of the study material covered in class such as worksheets, articles, tutorials or videos. Also, depending on our availability, it may be possible to join another class at the student's same level so that they are all caught up by their next class.

  • What happens after I purchase a class?

Once you join our club you can log in to your account and see the introductory materials. On the class start date we will have a live Welcome Session where you can meet your professor and learn more about how the class will work.

  • When are the live classes?

Our live, interactive classes take place at 6 p.m. CST once a week. The start date of the class indicates what day class will be on — for example, if your class's start date falls on a Tuesday, each of your classes will be on Tuesday at 6 p.m. CST. Alternative class times can be arranged.

  • How demanding is the course load?

Our classes are as intensive as you want them to be. We don't require you to study a certain number of hours per week — most weeks, we only "assign" about one hour of work per week to be completed before class. However, we provide many supplemental study materials, so you can study as much as you want. The more time you spend studying, the faster you improve! It's ultimately up to you.

  • I still have questions, where should I send them?

If you have more questions please send us an email: helpdesk@thespanishlearningclub.com We will be happy to help!
