Terms and Conditions

We know Terms and Conditions could be boring and hard to read, so we keep it simple.🙂


Please read carefully before registering in our club.


  • You are purchasing a monthly membership that automatically renews. Your billing cycle starts when you have your first class and it will be renewed every month on the same day. For instance: If you purchase a membership on Aug 1st and your first class is on Aug 8th, your next billing cycle will start on Sep 8th and a new payment will be automatically withdrawn.


  • You can pause/cancel your membership anytime. You can do it from your student dashboard or you can send us an email to helpdesk@thespanishlearningclub.com. We can’t refund a membership that has been already renewed. Please pause/cancel your membership before a new billing cycle starts.



  • Our programs Beginners One, Beginners Two and Beginners Three are 8 weeks long. We move on from one level to another right after the end of each level. For instance: If today you have the 8th week of Beginners One, then next week you will have the 1st week of Beginners Two. 


  • You are responsible for attending your classes. We can’t refund payments because you miss one or more classes. When students miss a class, we provide them with the recording of the class and notes or instructions given by the teacher. We can also offer them to temporarily join a different class at the same level to have a catch up class but it will depend on availability.


  • In some cases, we could need to reschedule a class but we notify our students with as much anticipation as possible.


  • You have access to your study materials 24/7 and every week you will receive practice to do at home. Please, review your study materials at home. Even if you buy a membership in the best gym in town but you don't do your share, you won't see results.


  • We will never sell your information nor send you spam, so please use only one and your best email address to register and communicate with us.
